About Me
Hi! I’m Ty Conner. I have a strong passion for fitness, discipline, and self-improvement, and I’m dedicated to helping others build confidence and strength through training. My fitness journey began five years ago when I started with calisthenics, learning how to control and strengthen my body through basic movements and consistency. Over time, that passion grew and I transitioned into weight training, where I’ve now spent four years developing my knowledge of strength training, muscle growth, and effective workout programming. Through this experience, I’ve learned that fitness is more than just physical progress, it’s about building discipline, resilience, and the right mindset to improve yourself every day. My goal is to help others adopt that same mentality and develop a sustainable approach to training that leads to real, long-term results.
Outside of the gym, I’m currently a student at Penn State University studying Finance. Along with my academic work, I’m also an active stock and cryptocurrency trader, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of discipline, strategy, and long term thinking. I bring that same mindset into fitness, focusing on consistency, smart training, and continuous improvement. Whether someone is just starting their fitness journey or looking to take their training to the next level, my goal is to provide guidance, structure, and motivation to help them achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.
